Kamra-e-faoree
The Kamra-e-faoree (instant camera) is a self – contained hand made wooden box camera and darkroom in one. They have been in use since the 1930’s and Afghanistan is one of the only places this type of camera is still in use.
Sunprints
Sun – printing is based on the old 19th century Cyanotype process, which produces white ‘shadows’ of objects placed on the paper with a dark Prussian blue background, where the paper has been exposed to sunlight.
